The AHT10, a new generation of temperature and humidity sensors, sets a new standard in terms of size and intelligence: it is integrated into a flat, lead-free, dual-row reflow solder SMD package with a 4 x 5 mm bottom and a height of 1.6 mm. The sensor outputs a calibrated digital signal in the standard I₂C format.
The AHT10 is equipped with a new dedicated ASIC chip, an improved MEMS semiconductor capacitive humidity sensing element, and a standard integrated temperature sensing element. Its performance has been significantly improved, surpassing the reliability of the previous generation of sensors. The first generation of temperature and humidity sensors has been improved for greater stability in harsh environments. Features:
